4. How to Sign In
Open the Regulix eQMS login page in your web browser (use the link you were given).
Enter your email and password. If you have set a Login PIN, you can use that instead of your full password.
If a security check appears (for example “I am not a robot”), complete it.
If an extra security step is required, open your authenticator app on your phone and type the 6-digit code. If you cannot use your phone, use one of your recovery codes instead.
Click Login. You should see the Dashboard.
Choose the pharmacy you are inspecting
Use the pharmacy name at the top of the screen to select the premises you are reviewing. Do this before you open documents or reports, so everything you see belongs to the right pharmacy. You do not need to be assigned as day-to-day pharmacy staff. Select the pharmacy for the visit from the switcher.
If you cannot sign in
- Check that Caps Lock is off and that you are using the correct email.
- Use Forgot password or Forgot PIN on the login page.
- Ask an administrator to confirm your account is active and set to the Inspector role.
Signing out
When you finish, click Logout at the bottom of the left-hand menu. Do not leave your account open on a shared computer.
