Risk View user guide

View the risk register without create, edit, delete, or download rights.

1. Welcome

As a Risk View user, your job is to view the pharmacy’s risk register. You can open risk records and see any listed report attachments.

  • See a risk-focused dashboard (General / Recall / Total)
  • Open and read the Risk Register
  • View listed report attachments on a risk record

4. How to Sign In

  1. Open the Regulix eQMS login page in your web browser (use the link your pharmacy gave you).

  2. Enter your work email and password. If you have set a Login PIN, you can use that instead of your full password.

  3. If a security check appears (for example “I am not a robot”), complete it.

  4. If your pharmacy uses an extra security step, open your authenticator app on your phone and type the 6-digit code. If you cannot use your phone, use one of your recovery codes instead.

  5. Click Login. You should see a risk-focused home page (Dashboard).

If you cannot sign in

  • Check that Caps Lock is off and that you are using the correct email.
  • Use Forgot password or Forgot PIN on the login page — you will get an email with reset instructions.
  • Ask an administrator to confirm your account is active and set to the Risk View role.

Working at more than one pharmacy

If you are linked to more than one pharmacy, check the pharmacy name at the top of the screen after you sign in. Switch to the right pharmacy so you see the correct risk register.

Signing out

When you finish, click Logout at the bottom of the left-hand menu. Do not leave your account open on a shared computer.

5. Your Dashboard

After you sign in, the Dashboard focuses on risk figures for your pharmacy — for example how many General risks, Recall risks and the total.

Use it as a quick overview, then open Risk Register to look at individual records.

6. How to View the Risk Register

  1. Confirm the correct pharmacy is selected at the top of the screen (if you have more than one).

  2. Open Risk Register from the left-hand menu.

  3. Switch between General and Recall if needed.

  4. Search by RA number, title, principle or author when the list is long.

  5. Open a row to read the full details.

  6. If report attachments are listed on the record, you can open them to view.

Good to know

  • You are view-only. There is no Create button for your role, and you cannot edit or delete records.
  • You cannot download risk PDFs. If you need a PDF, ask your Responsible Pharmacist or Superintendent Pharmacist.
  • If a risk you expect to see is missing, check the pharmacy selector first, then ask RP/SP or an administrator.

7. Keeping Your Account Safe

You can protect your account under My profile in the left-hand menu.

Login PIN

  1. Open My profile.

  2. Find Login PIN, enter a PIN you will remember, confirm it, then save.

  3. Next time you can sign in with your email and PIN instead of your full password.

  4. If you forget your PIN, use Forgot PIN on the login page.

Extra security step (authenticator app)

Your pharmacy may ask you to use an authenticator app (for example Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator). If you lose access to your phone and your recovery codes, ask an administrator for help.

  1. Open My profile and choose Enable under the security section.

  2. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (or type in the setup key if you prefer).

  3. Enter the 6-digit code shown in the app and confirm.

  4. Save the recovery codes somewhere safe. You need them if you lose your phone.

Need more help?

  1. Open Help support from the bottom of the left-hand menu.

  2. Read the FAQ first — many common questions are answered there.

  3. If you still need help, fill in the contact form with a short subject and a clear description of the problem.

  4. You may attach one screenshot (PNG, JPG, GIF or WEBP, up to 2 MB). Do not include patient or personal health information.

  5. Send the message. Support will reply to your account email.

For questions about a specific risk assessment, speak to your Responsible Pharmacist or Superintendent Pharmacist first.
